Ashley Graham is from Lincoln, Nebraska. Ashley Graham suffered from bullying regularly at school because of her huge legs. Her family consisted of two sisters. Graham was identified as having attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder shortly after graduating from elementary school. However, she was able to over come it and many other difficulties in her younger teenage years. Graham's talents were discovered at 12 by an agent as she was shopping in Nebraska. She appeared in magazines and on billboards before she was able to graduate in Lincoln Southwest High School, in the year 2005. She had a unique physical form that made obtaining jobs difficult in the beginning. Graham accepted several models from catalogs over time. However, she was always told that it was impossible for her to advance beyond small projects. They were not right about the castings for session. Her career took off swiftly. Sally Singer, the editor of "Vogue", interview her back in 2007. That was her first big break. Then, she was featured as a model in "Glamour" the magazine's "These Bodies Are Beautiful at every size" in 2009. Then, making headlines again, Graham starred in a controversial Lane Bryant ad that was eventually banned in a number of countries; the commercial had received over 800,000 views at the time it was removed from YouTube. The controversy grew to the point where Graham starred alongside Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show." Graham was soon a well-known Plus-sized model. Grande started singing and acting at a young age. In 2008, she was awarded part in the Broadway play 13, and she soon started appearing in small parts on television shows. Her big break occurred in the year 2010 when she was offered a part in the Nickelodeon TV series Victorious. She played Cat Valentine a teenage girl who was attending a performance art school. Sam & Cat was the spin-off from her sitcom which was aired in 2013, after it was removed from the air.
